Recipe: Frittatina con mentuccia

Create your simple but delicious frittatina with "mentuccia". This tipycal menta comes from our field, it is wild and grows in anyplace. It has a kind of sweet taste and, mixed with the frittatina, gives the egg taste away from your mouth refreshing it.
